“I’ve worked for Delta Force for 1 1/2 years now and it’s been a blast!
I started as a casual marshall just doing a few weekend hours and worked nights at another job but slowly managed to reduce my night hours and offer myself for more hours at the paintball centre. It’s great. The more time you do, the more you learn. I thought when I started that paintballing work would be repetitious but it’s anything but that. Aside from learning how to run a paintball session on the fields, I’ve learnt how to service the guns now as well as other general maintenance as well.
We also have MiniBall for the young kids at the centre here and that’s a whole other ball game, literally! When let a bunch of kids loose on the paintball fields it’s just crazy. They love it so much and I spend most of my time laughing in between helping those that need me. Definitely my favourite. Might be cause I’m a girl with several young nieces and nephews perhaps?
When my mum was sick Delta Force gave me work back home in Auckland for a few months so I could help her out for a bit. How goods that! I haven’t worked for anyone that would look after me this way before.
