Standard Sessions: We typically run a morning session starting around 10:00 am and an afternoon session starting around 1:30 pm.
- Winter Itinerary: To account for shorter days, our winter sessions typically shift to a 9:00 am start for mornings and a 12:30 pm start for afternoons.

Seasonal Adjustments: During the winter months, session times may be brought forward slightly to ensure you get the most out of the daylight hours on our Tuggeranong fields.
- Plan Your Trip: Our Canberra centre is located in Tuggeranong, approximately 20 minutes from the CBD. We recommend allowing extra travel time for weekend traffic or if you are travelling from North Canberra to ensure you arrive in time for the compulsory safety briefing.
