Started out absolutely terrified of getting hit, but the lovely staff soon got me in there shooting at people! It was such a rush and totally different from the usual high tea. The body armor they give you for free made me feel way more confident.

We did the ‘Madam President’ game where we had to protect the bride-to-be from an ‘assassination’ attempt. It was hilarious and actually required some real teamwork. The marshals really leaned into the theme and made her feel like a VIP (even while we were all pelted with paint).

The game zones are amazing. We took so many photos in front of the Tomb Raider pyramid before we got too messy. It’s not just running around in the woods; the props make it feel like you’re on a movie set. Such a cool backdrop for a hen’s day.

I was worried some of our group wouldn’t keep up, but the games are short enough that everyone could participate. We had a mix of ages and everyone had a blast. It’s a great equalizer—turns out the quietest girl in our group was the best sniper!

Organising a hen’s do is stressful, but Delta Force made the booking part easy. They handled the equipment, the safety briefing, and even the lunch. It was one of the few parts of the weekend I didn’t have to micro-manage.

The full head goggles and padded neck collars were a lifesaver. Most of us were worried about bruises for the wedding, but the gear is very thorough. We left with a few small marks but nothing a bit of concealer couldn’t handle!
